German language course for physicians/medical doctors

This course is aimed at medical personnel who have immigrated to Germany from abroad, who got a degree in human medicine in their home country and who would like to work in Germany as a medical doctor. The course is part of the recognition procedure for healthcare professionals by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).
Requirements for participation
- German at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (GER)
- a degree in human medicine from your country of origin
- the intention to work as a physician/medical doctor in Germany
Course details:
- online language course via MS Teams
- 5 teaching units per day
- medical terminology and communication competence for medical personnel
- government funding possible through the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF)
- course length: 400 teaching units (45 minutes each)
